In the event you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return the merchandise for a refund, credit, or exchange. You have a no-risk, hassle-free 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If not satisfied we will refund or credit the value of your return plus any taxes charged. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders that were shipped via Free Shipping may be subject to the reimbursement of the shipping charges that were paid to ship your order. Please include order number on all returns; it can be found on the order confirmation email. All Returns MUST have a Return Authorization Number associated with the return. Returns that do not have a Return Authorization Number may not be processed. NO RETURNS accepted after 30 days. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received. There is a 20% restocking fee on returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. We will refund or credit the value of your return and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. To receive a refund, the original packaging and a copy of your order confirmation email should accompany your return. Items returned to us after 30 days and without contacting us may not be refunded. Please note: We do not refund shipping costs that you pay on returned items unless you have received a wrong or defective item.

Our customer care associates will be happy to assist you with any exchanges or replacements. In the event of miss-sent orders, damaged or defective merchandise, we will credit you for the returned item upon receipt. Shipping charges may or may not be refunded. If FFI is replacing the merchandise due to damage or our error we will send you a replacement with no additional shipping charges. If you are simply unsatisfied with your order upon receipt, we will exchange the item for one of equal value. In this case the taxes you were charged and shipping charges are nonrefundable. Exchanges may be subject to additional shipping or handling charge.


You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing by calling (203) 234-2882. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Return Policies for easy returns.


We ask that you tell us when you do not wish to receive periodic e-mails from us. We will only send e-mail for customer service purposes and to those visitors who have indicated that they wish to receive other types of e-mail from us. If at any time you wish to stop receiving e-mails from us at any time, you can always remove your name from our mailing list by sending an e-mail to optout@footflush.com stating that you wish to unsubscribe and indicating in the subject line of the e-mail "NO E-MAIL".

Shipping charges will vary by order, shipping location and method. Charges will be estimated at the time of order. FFI provides the customer several shipping methods to choose from. But FFI reserves the right to substitute shipping methods if/when necessary. The method of free shipping is solely at the discretion of FFI. Please note: Our shipping rates apply to the US only. We do not offer free shipping on International orders. The average shipping charges to Canada usually range about: $19 - $28 USD.
