What is the difference between Everloc and Twist-N-Lock products?
Twist N Lock & Everloc are both very exceptional products and are brand new to North America. The major difference is that the Everloc products will work on a variety of surfaces including most painted or stained surfaces (with the exception of walls painted with Flat paint) while the Twist N Lock will only work on smooth shiny surfaces.

Both systems have a range of decorative kitchen and bath accessories. Knowing which one to go with depends on a couple of questions:

First, personal preference and taste - although very similar in function they both have different and distinct looks. Currently, the only finish they are both available in is Chrome. The actual suction cups themselves make up the biggest difference.

Secondly, although probably very important, is where you plan to use it. Both of them will work on smooth, shiny surfaces but Everloc will also work on many other surfaces as well (and as stated above). See below for other questions directed at each category individually.

What types of surfaces do the Everloc products stick to?
Everloc products stick to any smooth and shiny flat surfaces (glass, tile, etc.) and most painted walls (eggshell, gloss, semi-gloss, etc.), however it does not stick well to flat paint.

How do I apply Everloc products to ensure stability?

Surface preparation:

   - Clean shiny surface thoroughly to remove any debris, oil or residue that may be on the surface to which      you are applying the product.

   - Wipe the cleaned surface down with a clean damp cloth, sponge or paper towel to remove any residue left      behind by cleaning agent.

   - Let surface dry thoroughly before applying product.

Product Preparation:

   - Unwind the locking bracket, remove the protective film from the suction pad and apply to a clean dry      surface.

   - Push the suction pad against the surface and secure the outer seal by applying finger pressure around the      bracket rim.

   - Tighten the locking bracket.

How long will the Everloc products stay up for?
If you cleaned the surface area well before application, certain products have been known to stay up for a year or so before the need for re-application. The accessory should be removed, cleaned and refitted if there are any indication of movement, slippage, or if the product has suffered any impact or knocks.

How do I remove Everloc products?
Simply un-screw the locking device and break the seal around the edge of the suction pad to release.

How do I re-apply Everloc products?
Remove the product from the wall and clean the surface area well. Rinse the suction pad in cool water for a few seconds, to re-activate the adhesive. Allow to dry and the Everloc product is ready to be re-applied.

What types of surfaces do the Twist-N-Lock products stick to?
Twist-N-Lock products stick to any smooth and shiny flat surfaces (glass, tile, etc.), however do not stick to most walls.

How do I apply Twist-N-Lock products to ensure stability?
Twist N Lock is easy to set-up and works on flat, smooth, shiny surfaces.

   - Wipe the suction pad with a damp clean cloth to remove any dust or debris and let dry thoroughly.

   - Twist the suction cup knob counter-clockwise several turns to loosen the knob a little.

   - Gently pull the decorative cap away from the suction pad.

   - Adhere the suction pad to the clean, dry, prepared surface.

   - Press the center of the knob in.

   - Turn the knob clock-wise until finger tight and secure – please do not over tighten – over tightening the      suction cup may cause damage to the suction pad and result in suction cup failure.

How long will the Twist-N-Lock products stay up for?
If you cleaned the surface area well before application (Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaners - wipe with a soft, damp cloth), certain products have been known to stay up for months before the need for re-application. To maintain suction strength, we recommend that the sucker(s) are detached periodically e.g. every 4-6 weeks and the supporting surfaces are cleaned thoroughly. The accessory should be removed, cleaned and refitted if there are any indication of movement, slippage, or if the product has suffered any impact or knocks.

How do I remove Twist-N-Lock products?
Unscrew the decorative cap and remove the plastic washer. The sucker can then be peeled from the mounting surface.

How do I re-apply Twist-N-Lock products?
Remove the product from the wall and clean the surface area well. Then install it following the same instructions used with the initial application.
